BETA TAN: Soybean oil, coating agent plant fibres (capsule shell), water, beta-carotene from D. salina algae (3%). Taurine: Taurine, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

BETA TAN: take 2 softgels every 8 days, unchewed, with enough liquid. Taurine: take 1 to 2 capsules daily with 200 ml of water before eating. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
