D-Biotin Depot: Microcrystalline cellulose, tablet coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerol, vegan carnauba wax), calcium carbonate, vitamin B7 (D-biotin), zinc bisglycinate, sodium selenite. MSM: MSM methylsulfonylmethane (95%), anti-caking agent plant fibres, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids.

D-Biotin Depot: take 1 vegan tablet daily, unchewed, with enough liquid. MSM: take 2 tablets daily, unchewed, with enough liquid. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
