Recommended use

Vitamin D3 Depot 5,000 IU + K2: 1 tablet every 5th day, unchewed, with enough liquid. Zinc 25 mg: 1/2 tablet daily. Selenium 200 µg: 1 tablet daily.

Supply

At half a tablet daily, the zinc lasts 240 days; at one tablet daily, the selenium lasts 180 days. The Vitamin D3 Depot contains 180 tablets and is intended to be taken every 5 days.

Daily requirement

Vitamin D3 125 µg (5,000 IU) corresponds to 2,500% of the NRV, vitamin K2 100 µg corresponds to 133%. At the recommended amount, zinc covers 250% of the NRV and selenium 364%.

Zinc 25 mg per tablet, 120 tablets. Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, zinc citrate, calcium carbonate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Selenium 200 µg per tablet, 180 tablets. Ingredients: plant fibres, sodium selenite (1 %), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

All three products in the Immune Power Trio are lab-tested in Germany. They are tested for heavy metals and microbiological quality, and the test reports are linked in the Lab analysis tab.

All three are vegan tablets and contain no flavourings, colourings or preservatives. Vitamin D3 comes as cholecalciferol with vitamin K2-MK7, zinc as zinc citrate, selenium as sodium selenite.
