For our Magnesium Bisglycinate DEPOT we use magnesium bisglycinate, i.e. magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. Each capsule contains 700 mg of magnesium bisglycinate; the daily serving of two capsules provides 320 mg of magnesium.

The capsule shell is made of plant-based cellulose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). The product is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free and contains no sweeteners or preservatives.
